Position - Shop Supervisor Location-The Secretariats(ဝန်ကြီးများရုံး) Salary - 6Lakhs (Depend on Experience) Type - Insurance Working Time - 9 Am - 5 Pm Off days-One Day off per week Key Responsibilities ✨Supervise and manage the daily operations of the insurance shop. ✨Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of shop staff. ✨Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience. ✨Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. ✨Provide guidance to customers on insurance products and services. ✨Manage and control company materials, brochures, application forms, promotional items, and office supplies. ✨Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. ✨Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues professionally. ✨Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. ✨Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. ✨Perform other duties assigned by Management. Requirements ✨Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ✨Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in insurance, retail, sales, or customer service. ✨Strong leadership and team management skills. ✨Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✨Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. ✨Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ✨Good English communication skills. ✨Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
