Core Banking Supervisor | Banking Operation Department (IT Division) For a Banking Industry Salary: Confidential + Transportation Allowance, Uniform Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -4+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in a banking environment. -Strong knowledge of core banking systems such as Infosys Finacle or similar platforms. -Familiarity with database management, SQL queries, and troubleshooting techniques. It is not mandatory. -Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems. It is not mandatory. -Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. -Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and meet service-level agreements (SLAs). -Basic knowledge of networking, system configurations, and security best practices. Job Description -Serve as the first point of contact for core banking system support requests from branches and departments. -Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to the core banking application -Log, track, and document support requests, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system. -Escalate complex technical issues to second-level support or vendors when necessary. -Assist in testing and validating system changes, updates, and patches. -Provide guidance and training to end-users on core banking functionalities and best practices. -Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or recurring issues to management. -Collaborate with IT teams and business users to identify opportunities for process improvements. -Maintain user access, permissions, and security controls within the core banking system. -Ensure compliance with banking security policies, data integrity standards, and regulatory requirements. -Participate in system audits, reporting, and documentation efforts.
