PH Bakeryနှင့်လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ရန်​အောက်ပါ၀န်ထမ်းများအလိုရှိသည်။ Retail operation supervisor Mal/Female (2)Post • Working Hours -8:30AM to 6:30PM • Salary- 7 Lakh to 9 Lakh • Industry -Food & Beverage • Off Day -4days per month • Other Allowance -Transportation Allowance,Meal Allowance and Attendance Bonus (For Confirmed Employee). • Location-Hlaing Townships. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all branches. Lead and support Shop In Charge teams. Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and SOP compliance. Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain stock accuracy. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Accounting teams. Prepare operational reports and implement improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail/F&B Operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good problem-solving ability.
