IT Assistant (Showroom) Key Responsibilities - Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide comprehensive first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues through phone, online chat, email, and in-person interactions with users. - Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues for staff - Record IT issues, resolutions, and asset inventory - Perform regular backups of showroom sales and related data - Support POS systems, CRM platforms, and showroom management software - Assist in user account management, including setup, permissions, and access control across platforms - Hardware & Software Management - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications - Install hardware, software, and peripherals; run diagnostic software - Ensure that all hardware and software function correctly, including assembling hardware and installing or uninstalling software - Update and maintain software and security patches - Install new equipment and perform regular maintenance tasks - Network & Security - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including regular system updates, patches, and security protocols - Ensure internet connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and LAN stability, and proper functioning of all network applications - Support implementation and maintenance of IT security measures and best practices - Ensure safety and security of all system applications, databases, and electronic files Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent certification - At least 2 years of experience in IT support; entry-level to mid-level position - Strong experience network, hardware and system troubleshooting must be applicable - Familiarity with CRM or showroom management software is an advantage - Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 suite, network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance - Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking Work Location No. 3D, Phasapala Quarter, Upper Pansodan Road, Mingala Taungnyunt Township, Yangon APPLY NOW eiciphyue@infinitymm.com talent@deinfinitymm.com
