IT Technician (AI Developer) Job Description - Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation. - Develop AI-based solutions and applications to support Sales and other departments. - Provide IT and technical support for digital workflows, systems, and document management. - Develop automation tools for data entry, reporting, file management, and repetitive tasks. - Develop AI tools for document checking, information retrieval, and technical data processing. - Improve data accuracy and reduce manual errors through AI and automation solutions. Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or Software Development. - Knowledge of AI, automation, software development, and basic programming concepts. - Experience with AI tools, Cloud Computing, Microsoft technologies, or Networking is preferred. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering/drafting software is preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
