We are looking for a talented and analytical ERP Business Analyst who is passionate about business process improvement, system implementation, and enterprise technology. 📌 Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP or in a similar ERP/System Analyst role. - Experience in ERP, HRMS, HRIS, DMS or other enterprise systems is preferred. - Good understanding of business processes and system implementation. - Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases and Microsoft Excel is an advantage. - Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work effectively with business users, vendors and cross-functional teams. 💻 Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze and document business requirements. - Prepare BRD, Functional Specifications and related project documentation. - Coordinate with business users, software vendors and project teams. - Support system implementation, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Assist with data migration, validation and system go-live activities. - Prepare user guides and provide end-user training when required. - Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities to improve business processes. 🎁 Benefits Package - Attractive Salary - Attendance Allowance & Social Contribution Allowance - Ferry & Uniform Provided - Employee Welfare Programs - Annual Salary Increment & Yearly Bonus Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Off Days: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays Location: San Chaung Township, Yangon APPLY NOW & GROW WITH US!
