Key Responsibilities - Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. - Design & Documentation: Define logic, user flows, rules, and success metrics. Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with business goals. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of project initiatives. - Development Support: Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements, address functional questions, and ensure accurate implementation. - Production Rollout: Assist in project go-live activities, ensuring all dependencies are met and the rollout is successful. - Issue Identification & Resolution: Monitor post-launch performance, identify errors or gaps, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage Qualifications - Candidate must be hungry for success and be self-driven - A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred - Good negotiation & problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and time-management skills - Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint If you are interested in this position, please do send your resume and portfolio to hr@sourcecode.com.sg with your expected salary.
