IT Support Technician (M - 1 Post) Job Description ➢ Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications. ➢ Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks ➢ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems ➢ Respond to technical support calls from other team members or clients and resolve the issues ➢ Diagnose software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues. ➢ Offer solutions that meet the needs of the client. ➢ Maintain good client relations. ➢ Check error, repair & installation Operation System & Software. ➢ Windows server account added & other permissions for communicate with other IT Teams. ➢ Office Wi-fi AP Control & checking, editing, and upgrading. ➢ Office network port error checking, replacing and other errors for office. ➢ Work on-site at client companies every alternate month. ➢ Daily Report to IT Operations Manager. Job Requirements ➢ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field ➢ 1 year experience in technology operation support in complex environment ➢ Knowledge with Microsoft server administration and network ➢ Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. ➢ Good written and verbal communication skills.
