📢 **WE ARE HIRING - Project Coordinator** Department: Operations and Project Management Department Reports To: Assistant Project Director Job Summary We are looking for a qualified candidate to coordinate network rollout and implementation projects from planning and site acquisition through installation and handover, covering underground duct and overhead fiber cable projects, Point of Presence (POP) sites, FTTx, and mobile/enterprise sites. The role acts as the link between Key Account Managers (KAMs), customers, survey teams, vendors, and internal departments to deliver projects on time and to standard. Key Responsibilities **Planning & Scheduling** - Prepare route maps and site survey schedules, and align rollout plans with project timelines for underground duct and overhead fiber cable, POP, and site projects. **Site Acquisition (SAQ) & Survey** - Coordinate Site Acquisition (SAQ), permits, right-of-way, and landlord approvals; arrange indoor/outdoor site surveys for POP, fiber route, and customer sites. **Stakeholder Coordination** - Communicate professionally with KAMs, customers, survey teams, and internal departments to keep survey, installation, and project activities on schedule. **Costing & Documentation** - Submit Requests for Quotation (RFQ), prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on site and route requirements, and maintain project documentation. **Execution & Implementation** - Follow up approved work orders end-to-end, including site readiness, underground duct and overhead fiber cable installation, POP equipment installation, and service delivery, to meet project milestones. **Material & Vendor Coordination** - Work with procurement, vendors, and contractors to secure materials, equipment, and logistics for new site deployment and maintenance projects. **Data Management & Reporting** - Keep project progress, site information, material usage, and completion status updated in the company portal; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. **Quality, Safety & Issue Resolution** - Verify work meets company standards, customer requirements, and safety procedures; track and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and delays with the relevant teams. ### Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field. - 2–4 years of project coordination experience in an ISP or telecom environment, with exposure to underground duct and overhead fiber cable projects, POP sites, and Site Acquisition (SAQ). - Hands-on experience preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and coordinating site surveys and installations. - Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and project tracking tools; strong communication and follow-up skills. ### Preferred - Knowledge of FTTx/GPON, fiber route design, and mobile site deployment basics. - Experience managing multiple vendors and sites at once; PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 is a plus. 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply! onetmtrecruitment@gmail.com
