Understand and help design workflows across areas such as:
Patient Registration & Patient Profile

Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Doctor Consultation & Clinical Notes
Diagnosis & Treatment Records
Medication & Prescription Management

Product & Solution Design
Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to
define functional solutions.
Participate in product feature discussions and provide healthcare-domain input.
Prepare process flows, functional specifications, screen requirements, and business
rules.
Review proposed UI/UX designs from a functional and user-workflow perspective.
Help prioritize requirements based on business value, operational impact, and product
strategy.
Ensure new functionality can support both customer-specific needs and the broader
product roadmap.
Implementation & Configuration
Support implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
Assist with system configuration based on hospital requirements.
Coordinate master-data preparation and migration activities with customers and technical
teams.
Conduct functional testing and validate whether implemented features meet business
requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage functional issues identified during
implementation.
Assist with go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization.
User Training & Adoption
Prepare user guides, workflow documentation, and training materials.
Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for hospital users.
Help users understand recommended workflows and system best practices.
Collect feedback from users and translate it into product improvement opportunities.
Support customers during the transition from manual or legacy processes to the new
system.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Medical or a
related field.
Minimum 5years experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role.
Strong requirement-gathering and business-process analysis skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working directly with both business users and software development teams.
Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

Clinic Management Systems
Pharmacy Systems
Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
Healthcare software implementation
ERP or other enterprise application implementation
Healthcare operations or hospital administration
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR would be an
advantage but is not mandatory.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who:
Is curious about how hospitals and healthcare organizations operate.
Can communicate effectively with both healthcare professionals and software engineers.
Thinks in terms of end-to-end business processes, rather than individual screens or
features.
Can challenge unclear requirements and identify the actual business problem behind a request.
Is comfortable working in a growing product environment where requirements and
workflows continue to evolve.
Has a strong sense of ownership and can follow requirements from initial discussion through implementation and user adoption.
