Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT or related field. - 1 year of experience in IT Support or related role. - Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking and computer hardware. - Basic knowledge of CCTV, printers, routers, switches and Wi-Fi setup. - Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills. - Able to work as a team and travel to branch offices when required.
