Requirements :
• Networking knowledge such as TCP/IPs, Routers and CCTVs, etc..
• A+ Hardware certifications such as PC/ Laptop, Printer troubleshooting...
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Matriculations Exam Passed
• Basic Microsoft Office software skills
• 1 Year experience in IT service field
