Department: Marketing 🎁 What We Offer • Attractive Salary Package • Health Insurance • Allowances according to Company Policy • Career Development Opportunities • Professional and Supportive Working Environment Working Hours- 9 Am to 5: 30 Pm Holiday - Saturaday (Alternative) Sunday & Gazette Holidys Group Product Manager -1 post (Yangon) Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for assigned product portfolios. -Manage product positioning, branding, product life cycle, and market growth. -Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance. -Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, CMEs, seminars, and other marketing activities. -Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve product sales targets and increase market share. -Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports. -Lead and guide Product Managers / Assistant Product Managers. -Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance departments. -Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. -Minimum 3–7 year of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with strong Product Management experience. -Strong leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, and strategic planning skills. -Experience in managing multiple pharmaceutical products/brands is preferred.
