Peace Myanmar Electric Holding Co., Ltd. is hiring now! Position: Business Analyst – Digital Solutions Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM Off Day: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon (Ferry Provided) Key Responsibilities . Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions. . Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. . Prepare process flows, user stories, and functional requirements. . Collaborate with developers to deliver Power Apps & Power Automate solutions. . Conduct UAT and support users during solution implementation. . Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements . Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. . 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role. . Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate. . Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication. .
