BIM Group of Companies မှာ IT End User Support Engineer ရာထူးအတွက် ဝန်ထမ်းများ ခေါ်ယူနေပါတယ်ရှင့်။ 📍 အလုပ်ဆင်းရမည့် မြို့နယ်များ မင်္ဂလာဒုံ ရွှေပြည်သာ မှော်ဘီ မြန်မာပလာဇာ Junction City သာကေတ မိမိနဲ့ နီးစပ်ရာ မြို့နယ်မှာ တာဝန်ချထားပေးမှာဖြစ်လို့ လျှောက်ထားလိုတဲ့ မြို့နယ်ကို ရေးပြီး Cv form ပေးပို့ပေးပါရှင့်။ Responsibilities: -Provide frontline technical support for desktop/laptop systems and software. -Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions using a ticketing system. -Deploy, configure, and manage end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. -Install, upgrade, and configure devices while ensuring security compliance. -Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and troubleshooting guides. -Maintain, support, and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems. -Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, POS systems, and sound systems.
