📢 WE ARE HIRING! WE WANT YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM! HAGL Myanmar (THISO) is looking for an experienced Senior Fit-Out Executive (1 Post) to join our property management team in Yangon! If you have a strong background in construction supervision, architectural fit-out, and tenant project management, we invite you to apply. Position: Fit-Out Executive Vacancies: 1 Post (Male / Female) Location: Myanmar Centre Office Tower 2, Bahan Township, Yangon 🔑 Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate tenant fit-out projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, safety codes, and building guidelines. - Conduct site inspections to evaluate progress and workmanship quality and resolve site issues. - Review technical submissions and shop drawings while liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. - Oversee snagging, testing & commissioning (T&C), unit handovers, and project documentation. 📋 Requirements: - Qualification in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out works, construction, or site supervision. - Skilled in AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation, MEP coordination, and site inspection. - Good English communication, MS Office skills, and construction safety/PPE knowledge. - Proactive, responsible, safety-minded, and effective at issue resolution. 📩 How to Apply: Send your updated CV to our recruitment team: Email: thisomm.recruitment@thiso.vn Work Location: Yankin, Yangon, Myanmar
