Supervisor (GI Centralization Unit) - (2) Posts Job Objective To supervise the centralized operational processes for all loan businesses and the BIS direct sales model. To lead the operational support team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of centralized operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties ▪ Operational Supervision: Supervise the daily centralized operational processes for loan business and the BIS direct sales model. ▪ Team Supervision: Supervise and guide the Unit Support in daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. ▪ Process Management: Ensure all centralized processes are followed accurately and efficiently. ▪ Coordination: Coordinate with branches, sales teams, and insurers for operational matters. ▪ Issue Resolution: Address operational issues and escalate complex matters to the Unit Head. ▪ Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports to the Unit Head. ▪ Compliance: Ensure all centralized operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any Field). • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Loan Processing, Direct Sales Support, or Insurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel, operational systems, and reporting tools. • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, time management, coordination, and communication skills.
