We are hiring IT Supervisor - (1) post for YGN Office 📣 📌Key Responsibilities -Supervise daily IT operations and IT support team. -Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Switches, routers, and firewall issues. -Manage and troubleshoot CCTV, NVR, and network-related security systems. -Coordinate IT setup and support for new branches and business locations. -Manage IT assets, maintenance and service providers. -Support cybersecurity, endpoint security, and IT policies. -Prepare IT incident, asset, network, and maintenance reports. -Escalate critical issues and provide technical recommendations to the IT Manager. 📌Requirements -Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. -3–5 years of IT experience, with supervisory experience preferred. -Strong practical knowledge of Networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and CCTV. -Good troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and team management skills. -Able to work independently and under pressure. -Willing to travel to branches/sites when required. 📌Location No. (42), Bagan Street, Ywar Thar Gyi Heavy Industrial Zone, South Dagon Township, Yangon.
