🚀 We're Hiring | System Analyst (2 Positions) Job Code: SFMMC0152 Job Summary We are looking for a System Analyst to analyze customer business requirements and translate them into clear functional and system requirements for ERP and business application projects. The role will work closely with customers, consultants, developers, QA, and project managers throughout implementation and support projects. Key Responsibilities -Gather and analyze customer business requirements. -Understand AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes. -Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions. -Prepare BRD, Functional Specifications, process flows, and system documentation. -Translate business requirements into clear requirements for developers. -Analyze ERP processes including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing. -Support API/integration requirements and data mapping. -Prepare test scenarios and conduct SIT/UAT. -Investigate system issues and coordinate with technical teams. -Support customer workshops, demonstrations, training, and go-live activities. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field. -2+ years’ experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or similar role. -Good understanding of business processes and ERP systems. -Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation. -Basic knowledge of SQL, database, API, JSON/XML, and system integration. -Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. -Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Infor SunSystems, Acumatica, or other ERP systems is an advantage. 📍 Location: Dagon Center II, 8th Floor , Myay Ni Gone, Sanchaung Township, Yangon 🕚 Working hours : 8:30 to 5:30 (Mon to Fri) Saturday ,Sunday and Public holidays Off. 🏢 Company: Sunfix Consulting Co., Ltd. 📩 Apply Now Send your CV to hr@sunfixconsulting.com.mm 📞 09-773103701
