Position : Business Development Manager Job Type: Full Time, On Site Working Hours : Mon – Fri (8 AM ~ 5 PM) Location: M Tower, near Hledan Center Other benefits : Sales incentives, laptop allowance, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays off !!️Exclusive opportunity for Myanmar Nationality !!️ 🎯 Job Descriptions - Reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other outreach activities. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. - Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing. - Gather client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve solutions. - Keep sales records and CRM information accurate and up to date. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. 🤝 Job Requirements - Any Graduate (Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred). - 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a similar role. - Experience in IT solutions, HR services, SaaS, or job portal solutions is a plus. - Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with strong client relationship and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other workplace tools.
