Position: Customer Service Location: Kyauktada Township, Yangon Working Day/Hours: Mon to Fri (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Employment Duration: 6 Months Salary – 3lakhs + TA- 1 Lakh Responsibilities • Able to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. • Able to communicate customer inquiries via email. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point to manage customer-related tasks. • Maintaining a customer-focused mindset with prior experience with similar organization experience and some knowledge of insurance operations is preferred. • Willingness to take on various job assignments as needed. • Demonstrate respect, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions.
