Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide IT support and troubleshoot computer, software, printer & network issues
✔ Support Group Companies with IT-related solutions when required
✔ Install, maintain, and support IT equipment
Requirements
✔ IT Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or IT Certificate holder
✔ Minimum 1 year of IT experience
✔ Basic knowledge of Hardware, Software & Networking
✔ Good communication & problem-solving skills
