📢 𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗭 𝗖𝗼., 𝗟𝘁𝗱 is Hiring! IT Sales Executive (Female - 1Post) Job Purpose To assist the Sales Manager to meet the sales targets and driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities. The IT Sales Executive blends strong technical product knowledge with exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries, match IT solutions to diverse business needs, and maintain seamless internal sales administration and cross-team cooperation. Reporting - Report to: Sales Manager - Department: Sales & Marketing Department Job Description - Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. - Identifying promising prospects through customer engagements, networking, and customer referrals. - Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. - Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales progress and project status. - Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs - Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and process - Conducting in-depth market research and competitor research for pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. - Arranging meetings with clients and making presentation about the company service to make a sale. - Preparing the quotations, proposals, contracts and necessary documentations required for the sale process - Handling customer’s questions, inquiries and complaints - Assist to meet the sales target specified by Directors and develop weekly/monthly sales report. Job Requirement - Any bachelor’s degree, Information Technology field is preferred. - Maximum 2 years proven sales management experience in IT Industry. - Proficiency in all MS office tools. - Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills. - Exceptional customer service skills.
