We Are Hiring – IT Support 🏢 Company: J&M Steel Solutions Co., Ltd. 📍 Location: No.237, Shukhinthar Myoepat Road, Thaketa Township, Yangon 🔹 Position: IT Staff 🔹 Salary = 10 lakhs + Food allowance+ Accommodation allowance+ Communication allowance+ Transportation allowance 🔹 Probation Period: Two Months. 🛠 Key Responsibilities -Respond to end-users’ request and resolve technical issues -Set up, configure, and physically deploy deskside hardware including PCs and printers’ devices -Manage user accounts, password resets, software licenses, and assign access permissions in Active Directory -Troubleshoot physical office infrastructure and network connectivity, including Network devices (Cisco, FortiGate) and Synology NAS devices Requirements & Qualifications -Any Bachelor Degree -Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role. -Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux operating systems and office software -Proficiency with Windows 11, Linux, or both -CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA preferred -Comfort working with physical computer components, peripheral setups, and cable management 📩 How to Apply Please send your CV to 09785253410(Viber) email – ehthu@jandmss.com
