B2B Lubricant Sales Supervisor Regional (Lower Myanmar) – Male/Female - 1 Post Company - Pandora Trading Company Limited Work Time - 8:30am to 5:00pm Off Day - Sunday & Public holidays Location - 7 Mile, Mayangone Township, Yangon. Salary -6L (Nego based on experience) Benefits - Commission, Yearly Salary Increment, Yearly Bonus Other Benefits - Uniform, Transportation Allowance or Ferry Provide (near point), Training Provide To Send CV - 09-798180329, 09-792703973 Job Description - Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support - Monitoring and mentoring all employees in their day to day activities - Handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to solve issues which may arise on ground from time to time. - Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules - Supervise sales representatives and assistants - Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. - Maintain the Sales channel development. Manage distributor from retail, whole sales, etc. - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify monthly and annual sales targets. - Execute monthly sales plan and carry out on time according to the plan. - Update the daily information related sales activity and report to Sales Manager. - Prepare monthly status reports, promotion activity, stock balance, market survey. Job Requirements - Any degree holders with Sale & Marketing Diploma (or) Certificate. - Must have experience in Lubricants Field. - Strong negotiation skills also required. - Good Computer Skill (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.) - Good Social / interpersonal skills - Age between 25 to 35 years old. - Willing to Travel within Myanmar (According to Business needs)
