After Sales Service Manager (2) Posts 🌟 Key Responsibilities: • Exercise complete operational oversight of our After Sales Service Department. • Oversee three primary sections: Service Maintenance, Vehicle Preparation & PDI, and Spare Parts & Inventory. • Drive technical repair excellence and continuously track and improve our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). • Design and implement technical and customer service training programs specializing in advanced EV technologies. 🎓 Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA/Master's is a plus). • 5 to 8+ years of management experience in automotive after-sales, preferably with EVs or premium brands. • Strong proficiency in modern automotive diagnostic tools and high-voltage battery safety regulations. • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Dealer Management Systems (DMS). • Professional fluency in both English and Myanmar. 💼 Salary: Attractive remuneration package (based on experience and qualifications) 📩 How to Apply: If you are ready to take your career to the next level in the fast-growing EV industry, we want to hear from you!
