ရန်ကုန် ရန်ကင်းမြို့နယ်တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် #Junior NOC Engineer (Male 3 Posts) Job Description 1. Configuration new FTTH, ETPand DIA customers configuration. 2. 24*7 proactively monitor and troubleshoot on Network/System devices and power infrastructure. 3. Operate for Network Monitoring, Manage Ticket, and feedback to Call Center and relate team 4. Cooperate with other team, subcontractor and Outsource to solve problem 5. Responsible for keeping dailychecking records for entire network and send daily, weekly,monthly reports to management. 6. Provide network configuration to support network installation team 7. Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers Job Specification 1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field. 2.At least 1 year of experience working as an NOC engineer. 3.Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshootingnetwork infrastructures. 4.Knowledge of Gpon Technology,Huawei OLT and Huawei Switch. 5.Excellent troubleshooting skills. 6.Able to work with duty shift 24/7(Day/Night) 7.Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 8.Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skill. 9.
