🌟 We Are Hiring! 🌟 Position Title: CJM Support (Customer Journey Management) Function: Customer Journey Management Reporting To: Manager, Customer Journey Mapping & Design Job Purpose CJM Support is responsible for identifying key issues of customer pain-points and performing relevant testing and monitoring. Candidate will work together with stakeholders to test overall product journey, app experience & improve action points together with overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities • Work with Product Teams to perform UAT & FUT testing and provide feedback. • Review customer journey scripts across all customer touchpoints. • Identify improvement areas across ATOM Website, ATOM Store App, ATOM Eagle App, ATOM Smart Devices, and ATOM Sales Experience. • Analyze competitor products, services, and processes to provide customer insights. • Track and monitor testing activities daily. • Follow up and re-test improvement actions within SLA in CJ Forum. Qualifications & Requirements • Any Graduate. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills. • Well-organized with strong attention to detail. • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
