Job Title: Backend Developer (3 Posts) Location: Yangon (MICT Park) / Nay Pyi Taw (Ottarathiri) Gender : Male or Female Job Type: Full-time Salary : Negotiate (Base on Performance) Working Time - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Working Day - Mon to Fri Off Day - Sat (Alternative Close ), Sun and Pulic Holiday Contact: 09-400800130 (Viber) or hr.royalmtcompany@gmail.com Job Description; · Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot · Develop and integrate RESTful APIs following microservices architecture patterns · Implement and maintain message-queue-based async workflows (RabbitMQ/Kafka) · Design a flexible file/document storage layer supporting both local and S3-compatible storage · Integrate payment gateways (e.g. 2C2P) and banking APIs, handling transactions, reconciliation, and webhooks securely · Implement authentication/authorization and role-based access control across multiple client applications · Write clear technical documentation and collaborate with the team through code reviews. Job Requirements · 2–4 years of production experience with Java and Spring Boot · Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture, with hands-on implementation experience · Experience with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud (for microservices). · Prior experience with payment/financial systems is strongly preferred. · Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways such as 2C2P (or similar providers like Stripe, PayPal, local MPU/wallet gateways) · Experience working with banking APIs — transaction processing, payment reconciliation, callback/webhook handling, refund flows · Understanding of payment security standards (PCI-DSS awareness, tokenization, secure handling of transaction data) · Experience handling idempotency, retry logic, and failure recovery for financial transactions.
