Hiring Assistant Teacher ---------- 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 • Work under the instruction of the Head teacher. • Track attendance and class schedules for students and supervise them in class, and during break time. • Assist students with adjusting, learning, and socializing. • Inform class teachers of any potential behavioral difficulties, discuss with teachers to figure out what problems students are having, and suggest ways to fix them. • Participate in all training sessions, parent-teacher meetings, and faculty meetings. • Other relevant assigned responsibilities as necessary. ----- 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 • Any Bachelor's Degree holder • Experience working as a classroom assistant or in a similar role • Excellent communication skills with children • Compassion, positive attitude, patience, understanding, and caring for students • Punctuality, reliability, and work ethics. ----- 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 • Salary – MMK 380,000 per month (subject to income tax and social security contribution) • Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:45 AM to 4 PM) • Days Off – Saturday, Sunday & Government Public Holidays ----- 𝐓𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲: 1.
