IT Service Coordinator (Service Transition & Delivery) Salary: Negotiable + Ferry, Phone Bill Allowance, Training Industry: Banking Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in IT service coordination, IT project coordination, technology delivery tracking, or a related role. • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and time management skills. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. • Good understanding of SDLC, IT projects, and IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL). • Basic knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integration. • Effective English communication skills (written and spoken).
