📢 We are hiring !!!! 🚨 Position – IT Manager (Mon – Fri) - 8:30am to 5:30pm (Sat) - 8:30am to 12:30pm Off Day - Sunday and Gazette Holiday Key Responsibilities: Oversee all IT hardware, servers, network switches, firewalls, CCTV, and biometric fingerprint systems across the head office and the dry port. Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse devices, including handheld barcode scanners, portable camera and industrial printers. Manage the lifecycle of all hardware from purchase to disposal. Keep accurate records in the IT Device Registration system and handle warranties. Talk with internet service providers (ISPs) and hardware suppliers to ensure they deliver good services on time. Setup backup equipment and standby systems to prevent data loss or operational delays when a hardware breakdown happens. Guide and train IT support officers. Set clear goals and ensure the team solves user problems quickly. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional network certifications are a plus. 5 to 7 years of work experience in IT hardware and infrastructure support. Experience in logistics or warehouse companies is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of server hardware, network setups, Wi-Fi networks, and troubleshooting tools.
