🚀We're growing our digital team!🚀 As our agency takes on more web and app projects for local and international clients, we're looking to bring on a skilled Developer who can turn ideas into real, working digital products. What you'll be working on: 🔹 Business, portfolio, and e-commerce websites (WooCommerce/Shopify-style stores) 🔹 High-converting landing pages for ad campaigns (working closely with our Ads & Design team) 🔹 Custom web applications and admin/dashboard panels 🔹 API integrations - payment gateways, third-party tools, CRMs, forms 🔹 Mobile app development (Android/iOS or cross-platform) 🔹 Site speed optimization, SEO-friendly code structure, and mobile responsiveness 🔹 Hosting, domain setup, and deployment (Vercel, cPanel, Firebase, etc.) 🔹 Ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and client revision handling 🔹 Basic security practices (SSL, backups, form validation) What we're looking for: ✅ Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript ✅ Experience with at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Flutter, Laravel, etc.) ✅ Comfortable with databases and backend basics (Node.js/PHP/Firebase - any one is fine) ✅ Experience integrating APIs and third-party services (payment gateways, forms, etc.) ✅ Familiar with Git/GitHub for version control ✅ A portfolio or GitHub showing real, working, deployed projects ✅ Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Copilot, Cursor, v0, Bolt ets.) to work faster and smarter Nice to have: ➕ E-commerce (WooCommerce/Shopify) build experience ➕ Published app(s) on Play Store/App Store ➕ Basic UI/UX sensibility and experience turning designs into pixel-accurate builds If you enjoy solving real problems for real clients - and want to grow with a team that's scaling up - we'd love to hear from you. 📩 How to Apply: Send ONE email to alifworlddigital@gmail.com with the subject line "Application For Web Developer Position – [Your Name]" and include ALL of the following in that single email: 1️⃣ Your CV/Resume (PDF) 2️⃣ A short note on your work experience (years, type of projects) 3️⃣ Links to 2-3 live/deployed projects you've worked on (portfolio, GitHub, or client project links)
