SME Intellect is a group of IT professionals who provide business consulting and IT services to Myanmar businesses especially small and medium business market. We are Odoo ready partner and providing Odoo ERP implementation and related services to multiple customers since 2019. ​ As we are growing, we need more people to join our young and innovative team to strengthen our capabilities. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills. “Senior Odoo Developer” ( Onsite / Full-time ) Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional and support teams to resolve technical issues. Develop new features for existing Odoo modules and applications. Create new modules and applications based on business requirements. Modify and enhance existing applications. Integrate Odoo with other applications and systems. Provide training and guidance to internal teams. Document each development step for future reference and team sharing. Advise and mentor junior or intern developers on best practices and processes. Develop integrations with other software. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (Computer Science or Information Technology) 2 years+ of experience in Odoo development. Strong knowledge of Python programming and Odoo ORM. Familiarity with the software development life cycle and project management. Experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, and HTML5. Experience with Odoo SH, AWS, Alibaba, Digital Ocean and cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database management. Experience configuring and managing Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, etc.). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible for automated deployments. Knowledge of NGINX, reverse proxy setups, SSL configurations. Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control. Experience with other programming languages or technologies is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
