We are hiring IT Support - (1) post Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM to5:00 PM Location: Near 9 mile, Mayangone Township, Yangon Salary: Negotiable + Transportation Allowance +Attendance bonus + Phone Bill Allowance+ Lunch Provided Job Description (JD) -Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and software applications. -Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner. -Set up user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions. -Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. -Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications. -Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. -Assist in server, network, and backup administration. -Hands-on experience with Biometric Fingerprint Attendance Systems. -Maintain IT inventory, including computers, accessories, and software licenses. -Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system. -Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.
