Job Title : Site Engineer (M&E) Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon. Company: City Properties Co., Ltd Department: Project Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days & Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) ⭐️Lunch & Ferry provided. Job Description (Overview) Overview Job Description Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor site progress, inspect contractor performance and materials, enforce safety compliance, manage site documentation, resolve operational issues, and provide regular progress reports and meeting records. Job Summary Responsible for supervising daily site operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinates with project teams, contractors, and landlords, monitors site progress, inspects work quality and safety, manages site inventory, evaluates contractor claims, resolves site issues, and prepares progress reports and meeting minutes. Duties & Responsibilities *Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations. *Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. *Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution. *Monitoring & Controlling site progress Inspecting contractors' work and materials Controlling Safety and Health activities Site inventory control Inspect and evaluate contractors' claim. *Reporting daily and weekly progress Coordinating with landlord, contractors and internal team member Resolve issues & discrepancies Prepare site meeting minutes Skills & Qualifications Required * Bachelor's in engineering (or) B-Tech (or) AGTI Mechanical(or) Electrical * Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management. *Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion. *Experience with various construction methodologies and project management software.
