The role will be trained in system analysis, QA testing, user support, and customer training. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 - Learn and understand healthcare software workflows. - Support requirement clarification and prepare simple workflow notes. - Write and execute test cases. - Perform functional testing, smoke testing, regression testing, and UAT support. - Report bugs clearly with screenshots, steps, expected result, and actual result. - Verify fixed bugs before release. - Support user training for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and internal teams. - Prepare simple user guides, FAQs, and training materials. - Record customer feedback and classify issues as bug, user error, missing feature, configuration issue, or training issue. - Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, BD, and Customer Support teams. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - Fresh graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Healthcare Management, or related fields. - Interested in software products, healthcare systems, QA testing, and user support. - Basic computer and software knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and willing to learn. - Basic English reading/writing is preferred. - No prior experience required; training will be provided.
